Return policy

The return of the product initiated by you, will be initially verified by our Mefzstyle (MOMEKZ) team and with respective seller for the return terms of the product, after which the request may be processed towards the Return policy by Mefzstyle (MOMEKZ) team.

The seller is solely responsible for the product authenticity, warranty and its return policy and we mediate between, if any concern raises.

Return will be processed only if the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein when delivered to the customer.

Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns and refund. We are working with this in future. Contact our support team.

Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock, or in case out of stock, the Mefzstyle (MOMEKZ) team may proceed with the Refund policy.

Our concerned team will help you throughout the process when return is Initiated.

The shipment cost for return of the goods may be reimbursed with seller after providing necessary documents by the customer, if in case returned by the customer.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account.

The refund process will be initiated after the approval of our Mefzstyle (MOMEKZ) team. The approval depends on , after the completion of return policies followed by our team.

Time period for the respective methods of payment used during the time of purchase is mentioned as below.

Credit / Debit card 3-5 business days

Net banking (Credited to our Bank account) 3-5 business days

UPI linked Bank Account 2-4 business days

Payment methods through our website – Card payments, UPI payments , QR payments, Net banking, Third party Wallet payments ( Phonepay, airtel money, etc.) , International payments.

The method of repayment is only through by Bank transactions and other methods are not encouraged by Mefzstyle (MOMEKZ) policy.

The transaction charges are to be considered by the customers, according to Mefzstyle (MOMEKZ) we are legitimate to our customers as to maintain the trust worthiness. We abide to the law in every manner and much transparent in our business.
